Please, tell him we are thinking of him and wishing him well. What a to-do with insurances. Been there, done that. Except we ended up paying. I can't fault the health care in Costa Rica though. It was top notch and it sounds like Ted had excellent care as well. If it wasn't for the grandchildren..... well, you know. We'll get together again some day. Love to you both.
